Delete your rei.OS account
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your data and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first (Settings, then Templates & Export).
In the app or on the web
- Open rei.OS on the web or in the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Profile.
- Scroll to Delete Account and confirm.
If you can't sign in or don't have the app
- Email info@reiosapp.com from the address you sign in with.
- Use the subject "Delete my account".
- We confirm it's you, then delete the account and reply when it's done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and profile.
- The properties, documents, photos, scopes, comps, tasks and notes in the account.
- Bank and card connections, which are also removed at Plaid.
- Connected AI clients and their access.
- Your subscription, which is cancelled so you are not billed again.
What is kept, and for how long
- Billing and payment records we must keep for tax and financial-audit reasons.
- Backup copies, which expire on their own schedule.
Everything else is deleted or de-identified within 90 days. The full rules are in the Privacy Policy.
